Companies interested in purchasing ube powder may submit this Letter of Interest (LOI) or Purchase Interest Form (PIF) to indicate their anticipated requirements and receive priority consideration as additional supply becomes available.

Submitting this LOI or PIF does not require payment and does not obligate your company to purchase until commercial terms are mutually agreed and a Purchase Order or Supply Agreement is executed.

Subject to satisfactory product specifications, quality, regulatory requirements, pricing, commercial terms, and supply availability, we intend to enter into further discussions with AtoANI Agriventures Inc. toward the issuance of a Purchase Order and/or execution of a Supply Agreement.

Priority Supply: Companies submitting this Purchase Interest Form (PIF) or Letter of Interest (LOI) may be given priority notification and consideration for available production volumes, subject to final commercial agreement and availability.

By submitting this Purchase Interest Form (PIF) or Letter of Interest (LOI), both parties acknowledge that:

1. This form is a non-binding indication of interest and does not constitute a purchase order or contract.

2. Submission of this form does not require payment or obligate your company to purchase until commercial terms are mutually agreed.

3. Supply availability is subject to production capacity and may vary over time.

4. AtoANI Agriventures Inc. reserves the right to allocate supply based on priority and availability.

5. All commercial terms, including pricing, delivery, and payment, will be negotiated separately.

6. Your information will be used for supply planning and contacting you regarding product availability and purchase arrangements.

7. By submitting this form, you agree to be contacted by AtoANI Agriventures Inc. regarding product specifications, samples, pricing, and future purchase steps.

8. Submission of this PIF or LOI gives the buyer no financial liability or cancellation penalty before a subsequent binding commercial agreement is executed.
