Shipping Processing Time
For regular online orders, processing time is 2 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

For the case of special subscription orders, delivery frequency (weekly or monthly) and day is dependent upon the agreement between AtoANI and the specified customer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed via a confirmation e-mail from AtoANI after check-out. A confirmation e-mail is received upon deposit of payment to AtoANI's Bank Account.

For Subscription orders, shipping is free.
Shipment Confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If your shipping fee is zero "0"it means that you will pay the shipping fee upon arrival of the order to the indicated delivery address.
RETURN POLICY
Thanks for purchasing our products at AtoANI Online Store operated by WVJA Ventures.
Due to the nature of the business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
For any items that are eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services department to get a free shipping label.
