Updated: Jun 8, 2020

AtoANI is a social enterprise based in Bohol that produces and distributes organically farmed fresh produce and processed food products such as chili flakes, moringa coffee and dried herbs. Currently, it offers free delivery of these products (fresh produce – fruits & vegetables, processed food products) straight from their farm and partner farmers in Bohol to its customer locations in Bohol and Cebu.

The main organic farm is located in Sitio Sudlon, Brgy. Cambuhat, Buenavista, Bohol which is near Bohol’s famous Cambuhat Oyster Farm with a regular Cambuhat River Village Tour (CRVT) handled by the Cambuhat Enterprise Development Fisheries Association (CEDFA).

It is a personal advocacy of the AtoANI Team to have more people become involved in organic farming. Since the start of its operations, it currently has 7 employees (2 part-time and 5 full-time). They are strategically organized in three (3) functional areas with the right expertise to back their functions. Under Farm Operations, they currently have three operations staff or farmer for daily operations of which two (2) are Cambuhat Enterprise Development Fisheries Association (CEDFA) members. They also hire occasional contract employees for specific farm-related operations such as land cultivation and clearing.

Target Beneficiaries and Impact

Initial target beneficiaries of AtoANI are the local residents of the community of Cambuhat, Buenavista, Bohol. These target beneficiaries will likewise extend in the future upon expansion to its Satellite Farm locations in Anonang, Inabanga and Nueva Granada, Buenavista in Bohol. In addition, AtoANI also aims to influence more farmers as possible to be involved in sustainable farming practices through business partnership under its proprietary business model or system.

In terms of impact on national issues, AtoANI aims to help address the following:

  • Lack of farms that grow healthy and good quality organic fresh produce (fruits/vegetables/crops) through natural and sustainable farming practices
