We are thrilled to announce that AtoANI has been selected as one of the winners of the IPHatch Innovation Challenge 2025, an open-innovation competition that awards high-value intellectual property from multinational companies to mission-driven startups across Asia.

As part of this achievement, AtoANI has been awarded a U.S. Patent, which will play a transformative role in accelerating the next evolution of our platform, AtoANI iCROP.

This milestone is not just a recognition of our work, it is a catalyst that will allow us to scale our impact in agriculture and climate action.

A Patent That Aligns With Our Vision

The acquired U.S. Patent aligns directly with features and capabilities within AtoANI iCROP which is already validated with smallholder farmers, our data-driven platform built to support farmers with intelligent recommendations and demand-linked planting strategies.

With this intellectual property, we’re taking a significant leap forward in our mission to:

Reduce crop wastage
Make farming smarter and more resource-efficient
Empower farmers with technology
Advance regenerative agriculture as a viable livelihood strategy

AtoANI iCROP: Revamped as an AI-Driven Platform

With the patent transfer, AtoANI is now revamping the existing AtoANI iCROP platform for which a patent is filed already, into an AI-driven agricultural platform designed to transform how farmers plan, plant, and profit.

The upgraded platform will feature:

Advanced AI-driven Crop Recommendations

Providing farmers with data-backed and AI-driven suggestions on crop growing that is optimized based on crop growing factors.

Carbon Credits Integration

Along with the revamp, we are integrating a monitoring system for regenerative agriculture practices for our Carbon Credits Program, enabling additional income streams for farmers practicing climate-smart agriculture. We are starting with our partnership with Erda Illumine which has 23 years of decarbonization experience targeting at least 20,000 hectares of rice farms in Bohol and other regions.
